Only giving an extra star because Nina was very helpful at the beginning of the process. She is very professional. Other than that, beginning of the process went smoothly and went as far as signing the first round of paperwork to agree on a price (contingent that the house meets the expectations once toured). I never heard back after signing. I called the next week asking for any updates only to be told that they decided not to go forward due to signs of mold in the house. They never notified me of this choice. By the way, NOBODY ever went to the house to make this assumption or create a report, and the house is absolutely void of any mold, so this confused me. They said they got the information from a wholesaler, and that confused me even further. I was then told that they would double
