Simonini built our for ever home on our farm. They did a great job and the supervisor was there every day keeping an eye on all the subs. It was a great experience.

We searched long and hard to find the right builder for our dream home - the whole process for us took about 3 years from when we bought our land lot and started talking to custom builders (plus 14 months to build start to finish). Simonini was there with us at the beginning helping us evaluate the land for build options and hung in there through our (very) detailed builder interviewing process. Ultimately we decided to use Simonini and just recently moved into our new home. Many friends that had built before us warned us about the process. "You'll despise your builder by the end". We were nervous and although the process wasn't perfect (it's impossible for it to be perfect) it truly was an amazing experience and we are so glad we went with Simonini!. John runs the business with honesty and integrity. We have nothing but great things to say about Dominic, Patrick and Kelly who helped us along the way as well.

There were a number of items I wanted addressed after a large project. They were in the middle of a big project, so asked if I could wait. Then covid hit. Through the years, I have bee been taking care of/ paying others to pay for them myself. I would like them to take care of the electrical issues, literally, the LEAST they can do, given I handled so much of it myself. They have yest to call me back. They were tens of thousands more than other bids, I chose them hoping for good customer service.
