Silverwood Apartments

We loved living here but felt lied to and misled when we first bought the contract. The pictures online were that of a corner apartment of the fourplexes. We toured a fourplex apartment and fell in love with the layout. We bought the contract and found out that our apartment was in the middle of a sixplex! We did not have the extra two windows in the kitchen and one in the master bedroom. The layout of the kitchen was slightly different too. Nowhere online did it say that we were getting a sixplex apartment. We felt lied to and misled. Also, our hallway was about 2 feet smaller than other apartments. Not all apartments are the same too. Some bathrooms were about a foot larger than others making the master bedroom a foot smaller. I saw some second bedrooms have full closets whereas ours onl

The complex is incredible. They recently fixed the wifi issue, and we love it here. The apartments are big, the staff is quick to act on maintenence requests (if any), and it feels so "homey". Great complex and we are super happy to be here!

Beautiful apartments, but the floors and walls are pretty thin and the internet is awful. They said they were getting new internet, but we have been here for a month now and it is still very slow and spotty.

Substandard construction, with the cheapest of everything inside. Can lights burn out faster than I can submit repair requests, doors hung so crooked they don't even latch, etc.
