My husband and I just had our custom lake view home in Lago Vista built by Silverton in 2025. If you are looking for a builder with a long experience and a solid track record, who cares about building a good quality product and make you happy, and -probably most importantly- who is honest, look no further. The whole team is professional, they don't try to cut corners, and they work with integrity. Our lot was steep and therefore difficult to build, yet Silverton managed to build a nice house that maximizes the view on the lake, both from the inside and outside. This company functions like a well oiled machine, with a proven process, a good and well established set of vendors and subcontractors, and an excellent "homefront" design office that helps you select the myriad of finishes required

Silverton built our house 19 years ago in point venture that we recently sold due to our family growing. It was built with care and stability. Due to the home’s structural condition integrity, it sold in 30 days. Even after several years if I had a problem they came and repaired it. The character of the individuals that work there are trustworthy. Once we sold this house we began building on another lot. I told my husband, I would only use Silverton! We are finished and have moved into the home. It couldn’t have gone any smoother. Coby, our project , manager was constantly in communication with the progress. He walked me through what choices were needed on a timely matter. This home builder is a company of integrity and character. I highly recommend them to build a home for me,

We had a custom home built by Silverton in 2018 and to this day are still very happy with our decision. This home was built as our retirement home and was designed by Silverton's architect beyond our expectations. You can definitely tell the difference between the quality of construction versus other builders. In these past 5.5 years we have reached out to them looking for recommendations relating to our home, materials used for maintenance, etc. They still keep records on our house and never hesitate to respond, which is very commendable. We would use Silverton again if we decided to build another house.
