Silverstone Apartments

I literally went in with a hope and a prayer, and I came out with a new place to move into in less than 48hrs!! They're friendly, upfront, and honest!!!

Since move-in (Day 1), Jose has been the absolute best! Maintenance responds right away, no issues there. I also see them cleaning up the grounds during the days which is good. The apartment is comfortable as well.

Lived there for 3 years and the management staff is essentially non-present. 9/10 times you check in the front office no one is there. There were three different managers in my time staying. The previous company was a little better, however this current one is worse. The phone numbers never get you any help (there are multiple numbers associated with the property and almost none are active) and you will not meet anyone face to face when you need help. Do your own due diligence to keep mice and bugs away, the pest service is not helpful. Air went out for 11 days in late August with almost no contact from the property until the day before A/C returned. Maintenance is understaffed and often sloppy, but they always came to repair any issues inside. Parking is too small, may have to park far fr

I absolutely love living here at Silverstone!! I have been here for months with no issues. No crime nor loudness. The management team is always there when you have any concerns. Maintenance response asap. I love my neighborhood!!!

I am blessed to have came across these apartments. Not only did they work with me because of my rental history, they were nice, helpful and patient with me and my situation. My apartment was approved in no time and it was fixed up just right new carpet, tiles in the kitchen and living room. They even have a cleaning lady who comes through and a clean for you before you move in.
