This company will STEAL YOUR MONEY. Fact. I applied to live at one of this Management Companies properties, called Tujunga Apartments. They fumbled the whole lease and I decided I wasn't going to sign the lease or live there based on the incompetence of the Management company. That was February 21st 2025. Today is April 29th. I've called over 100 hundred times trying to recover my holding deposit of $250. I've spoken to HR, Legal, Leasing... They've all taken down my story and transferred me to a line that never has anyone on the other end. A few times I spoke to outsourced people in different countries like China and India. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau. The BBB couldn't even get in contact with them. They are THIEVES. They don't think anyone will take them to court o

This Organization or Corporation is ABSOLUTELY unbelievable. They have fired my manager when she has done nothing but good to this apartment. She recently just got out of maternity leave and they told her that she has 3 days to move out completely. i hated every single other manager we have had at kingsbury and she was the only one that stayed ON TOP OF EVERYTHING. i find this completely unfair and disappointing. If this 5 star review had a negative 0 i would rate it a negative 5 this is terrible. Instead of firing our manager Wendy they should put themselves in her shoes. This is ridiculous.

I"ve lived here for 7 years, it's near all the stores, hospitals and schools. Sepulveda Apts. is under new management, they are improving the grounds and have fixed all the issues with the apartment complex. RPM is the new management, they are aware that there is high foot traffic and have taken precautions to minimize crime.

Worst rental company to rent, an apartment manager discriminated me from rentin a unit, my credit was good and the MANAGER denied me, not even the office , the manager did!
