Silverleaf Oaks offers a peaceful residential environment while still being conveniently located near major roads, shopping, dining, and top-rated schools. The area is growing, well maintained, and shows strong long-term value, which made it very attractive for my client. Matthew Kiernan, was an absolute gem to deal with through the process of the new build. He is very knowledgeable and pays attention to details. He really made sure all our needs were met. We live out of town and this is our second home. He made sure to keep us up to date on our new property. His professionalism speaks volumes of his ability to do his job. He is a true asset. We just finished building our house and in the process of moving in. SANDRA was amazing at helping us find our perfect home! DIMI did a great job listening to want we wanted in our house that made it unique and special. She made sure everything was perfect. MATTHEW helped us during the construction of our home and let us visit and check in when we wanted to.
