Silverleaf Apartments

I lived at Silverleaf for 3 years during my time at FSU. This is a budget friendly 1/1 located a few minutes from Tennessee St. I had a renovated unit, and believe I was the first to live in this specific unit post renovation. Throughout my time I never had any major issues, management and maintenance was pleasant and responded in a timely manner. Amanda specifically was always wonderful if I had any questions or concerns regarding anything related to the property.

is there an updated number or new number for this property? nobody ever answers or return calls..

I am disappointed. I visited this complex to possibly rent the renovated 1 bedroom unit. I scheduled a tour on Friday, 6/12. I told the person who showed me the unit I was seriously interested in leasing. He said he was emailing me an application as we were talking. He made sure he had my email correct and I left. After receiving no email, I called the next day on Saturday.... I figured they were closed on the weekends, hence no answer. I called today, Monday, to ask about receiving the application. The lady who answered, dryly told me they were leased out. How sway?!??! Renovated units are nice, but I am disappointed as my current lease ends soon. There was no sense urgency and communication about them being possibly rented out quickly.

The new management company is just as bad as the old management. They never fixed anything even after I called about it several times. They also were unwilling to honor any previous agreements made with the original property management company that i signed my lease with. They are also boasting newly renovated apartments and when I was still there, there wasn't a single bit of improvements made.

Made an appointment to view one of the available rentals. We were 10 minutes early, and waited 30 minutes after the scheduled time. The only person that showed was an office employee who couldn’t access the office. There was no notification that the person canceled or would be late. This is bad business! We will be taking our money and business elsewhere.
