Silverbell Springs Luxury Apartments

I have had such a fantastic experience living here. When I look into communities to live, biggest thing I look for is a good management and maintenance team that is responsive and cares about your living situation. Firstly, management is awesome! They work with you and go above and beyond to accommodate your needs. They are very responsive and even have a couple times gone out of their way after hours to help me (which I never expect, I know we all have homes we want to go to at the end of the work day!) The maintenance guy here is also great. Every time I’ve put in a work order, he has come day of or at the very latest, next day. To me that is HUGE. The leasing office is willing to hear to residents' concern and does their best to fix it on timely manner. The community is quite and the unit Is sound-proofed pretty well - from the same floor neighbors, and it provides good living condition. The location is great - lots of restaurants and shopping centers are located nearby. Lastly, I loved decent rent fee here. Cheaper than other 'luxury' apartments, but still provides the same or better level of living experience.

My wife and I lived in his apartment complex and we had a wonderful experience here. The front desk employees, Adyam and Nicky, are understanding and willing to listen to my concerns. It is easy to talk to them and they are very professional, especially when I was searching for an apartment. Communication with Adyam and Nicky was part of the reason I chose this apartment complex, as they came off as trustworthy. The maintenance crew are also professional and pretty fast with my issues and concerns. Living here is a nice and easy experience, except for the occasional Javelina that comes inside somehow, though I have not seen them my last few months living there. I love living at Silverbell Springs! The office staff and maintenance team are incredibly helpful and responsive. The property itself is beautiful, with plenty of grass and trees— one of the few green spaces in Tucson. Highly recommend!
