Million dollar, unobstructed views without a million dollar price tag: lake, river, city skyline, sunsets and vast horizon. Certainly the best value in the entire Chicago downtown area considering: location, views, size, young age of the building, and lower HOA + taxes. A corner apartment will make you feel like you have made it. Pleasant vibe and nice residents. Walkable distance to vast majority of downtown offices and stores.
