Silver Station Apartment Homes

I’m so happy to have gotten into these apartments—and even more excited to be the very first person to live in my unit! Mrs. Lauren and Mrs. Madison were incredibly helpful throughout the entire application and approval process. Any time I called, I received an update right away with no runaround or redirects to email. From applying to moving in, the whole process took only one week! The community amenities are amazing—the gym has brand-new equipment, and the pool and grill area are absolutely beautiful. Highly recommend!

I am a super excited about moving into Silver Station. Mrs. Madison was so amazing with helping me and making sure the paperwork process was smooth and easy. She stayed in contact with me letting me know what was needed and what I was waiting on. She never left me in the dark. The entire office staff was so friendly. The place is absolutely beautiful! The entire staff has been nothing short of amazing. Extremely helpful even to things that were out of their control. I was always updated about information rather phone or stopping by. No one ever seemed frustrated and the energy matched as well and I truly appreciate it.

Please believe every bad review I wish I can give no stars this is the longest process ever no communication at all NONE the apartments are extremely small they will try everything in their power to make you don’t qualify for the discount apartments and they will have you thinking your approved until it’s actually time to move in !!! Please be aware and take your hard earn money somewhere else that value their future tenants.
