I really enjoyed living here . The amenities were great and the property was very clean and well maintained. It's a beautiful building inside and out. I loved my one bedroom apartment. I just wish the rent wasn't so expensive and that property managers were upfront about the additional costs for water , utilities etc . the rent being too high is the only reason why I left but I hope to come back next year. If you can afford it , you won't be disappointed.

The management there is really awesome, you open a request with maintenance, they are always very responsive and helpful, technician David Randolph even helped me with packages while I am out of town, security always on site to check surroundings, it’s been a pleasure to live there, and management team is a big reason we stay there for years.

David from the maintenance team has been great. I was having issues with missing packages, and after I spoke with him, he made sure my deliveries were handled correctly. He’s very professional, super quick to respond to requests, and always helpful with any questions. Really appreciate his help and great service.

David was extremely professional and kind. He helped me with a packaging issue and took extra care to make sure my packages were delivered accurately. Excellent service and a great attitude.

As I’m on my way to the viewing, and then informed that a one bedroom isn’t available. And Jessica informed me that Essex doesn’t take responsibility for up-to-date availability on third-party websites. Despite proceeding to look at the proposed unit from a sister property after 20 minutes, I’m trying to gain access. I was no longer interested.
