Silver Ridge Senior Apartments

The Maintenance Person, Jake, was knowledgeable, personable, and professional. He was able to repair our broken screen door, when I thought it would have to be replaced. Jake was prompt and has excellent communication, both verbally and also using calls and text to update us. I wish he was an employers of my daughter’s company. He is an excellent Maintenance Professional! We also have a great Assistant Leasing Manager, Liz. She is keeping the entire complex running smoothly while our new Leasing Manager transitions in. Everyone seems to be hopeful and pleased with the new Management team, just like we are.We have great hopes that amenities will be returning, like the community garden, and repair or replacement of the one shared Barbecuer. Jake is the best! He's polite, friendly and very efficient. He goes above and beyond to handle any issues with the apartment.

Had a couple of maintenance issues but both were handled I a timely manner. The management team( Christie) and maintenance (Frank) are both wonderful and easy to work with. We are well taken care of at Silver Ridge.

This place has turned into a money pit! The new management sucks! They have taken away the community garden, and our personal storage at each apartment! There's black mold, the elevator never works and it's filthy! Overall, the management is the worst!!!

I've lived here 10 years now and love the location! It is close to the hospitals, doctor's offices, and this is one of the few senior apartments that has elevators to the 2nd and 3rd floors. Management has been great, especially whenever I need repairs, etc. They have been VERY prompt to taking care of any issues and the property is very well maintained!
