The apartment its self was fair, it needed a new refrigerator but I felt safe there. The neighbors stayed to themselves and it was quiet. Management did send over maintenance quickly when I had any problems. I would definitely rent from them again.

Kiss your deposit goodbye! If I could leave zero stars, I would. I rented for three months and slept there two nights a week. My security deposit was eaten up and I was charged for a “cat odor” for a cat that I don’t even own! My monthly rent charge each month included trash, water/sewer and electricity even though I paid electricity through xcel energy. When I received my security deposit back, they charged me for utilities (trash, water/sewer and electricity) for each month I was there AND $100 for this “cat odor” when the apartment itself is old and smelly as it is!! I received $92 from a $450.00 security deposit. Worst apartment I’ve ever rented from! Oh and my fridge broke and spoiled every bit of food I had in there with no offer of reimbursement.

I have had a great experience with silverleaf from the friendliness of our property manager to working with us when we were moving from one apartment to another and even let us move in early no extra charge. when i call with issues within the apartment or my unit they are quick to respond and the price for my apartment is reasonable for how close it is to the shopping district. i love that our rent doesn't increase when we sign our year lease every year which is helpful so i know what the cost will be for however long we stay

Mind you, I’m still leasing with them for another 12 months. I’ve complained several times about a neighbor whose music is so loud, I can’t even hear my own TV. I’ve sent videos as proof, but I never get any feedback or confirmation that my emails are received, let alone that the issue is being handled. The music is still loud, and nothing has changed. I’m writing this review at 12:08 AM because I can still hear the neighbor’s music. Earlier, I called the police, but since it’s a non-emergency, they took over an hour and didn’t show up. I ended up canceling the call because the neighbor had already left by then. It’s now 12:09 AM, and I can still hear the bass and guitar playing loudly through the wall. I can’t sleep. We both pay rent and should have the right to peace and quiet at hom

I am extremely disappointed with Silver Leaf Property Management. I had an awful experience with them regarding my security deposit. I left the apartment in a much better condition than when I moved in, yet they still refused to return my deposit. Despite my numerous attempts to contact them and resolve the issue amicably, they were unresponsive and uncooperative. It’s clear that they have no respect for their tenants and are simply looking for ways to take advantage of them. I would not recommend renting from this company to anyone. They are unprofessional, dishonest, and lack basic customer service skills. Save yourself the headache and rent elsewhere.
