Silver Lake Manor

I have been here for almost two years. I have mostly been dealing with Amy and John the maintenance man. I must say they are both excellent and competent and so very cordial. The exterior of the apt is kept so clean, grounds are kept so clean. In the winter snow removal is promptly cleared I am happy with everything hear and it is a wonderful place to live that I would recommend to anyone. Keep up the good work Silver Lake we greatly appreciate you all. Marie S

I had a great tour when I went to visit the apartment community. Amy our tour guide was very informative about prices and the amenities of the community.

I love living in this apartment complex, Amy is just amazing in the office. She has always made sure any needs or concerns I share with her are addressed in a timely manner. John is such a superb maintenance man, he is so respectful, professional and really make sure any issues that occur in my apartment is handled in a timely fashion. It’s such a safe place to live and I am very grateful to the staff for making that possible. 😊

I lived here for about 2 years and now I’m moving back because the apartment I’m currently residing in is not up to standard.. I loved living here, the staff are very friendly and accommodating! Amy is the leasing agent, she is very nice and always on point with request. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because there’s no air conditioning and the area where it is is heavily populated and there’s always traffic. Other than that, it’s a great place and I’m excited to move back.

I have been here now in these apartments for the last six months. It is such a friendly place, and sweet neighbors, and the apartment itself is wonderful. Lots of heat this winter and wonderful air conditioner in the summer. Maintenance is wonderful. I needed to have a couple of things fixed and John came in approximately 10 mins each time. He is amazing, thank you to John. Wonderful person. Also to Amy a wonderful sweet person and so very helpful. All in all I would say, Silver Lake Manor Apartments is a great place to live. I am very happy here.
