Silver Hill at Arboretum Apartments

The hospitality was above my expectations! I was offered snacks and a drink and inform ed of how my apartment would be based on the model.Ms.Beth was very courteous, professional and polite.I knew from my first impressions I had chosen the right place to call home.

I cannot say enough good things about Silver Hill or Beth. She understood not only our financial concerns, but also the emotional impact of moving my MIL to her community. She took the time to explain everything, going into detail and ensuring my MIL understood. We feel blessed she is the manager on site for my MIL. We have lived in various communities across the nation as a military family and this is the first time we have ever felt like an apartment community felt like family! Thank you!

The tenants and staff at 10/10. I recently was at the store across the street and my wallet had fallen out of my purse. The property manager Diana was able to get in contact to let me know a resident had found my wallet. If it was not for the wonderful tenants and staff I would not have this. I could only imagine the care for their residents if they treat everyone else this way! Thank you again

I enjoy interacting with the rest of the residences that live here at Silver Hill. Everyone is very friendly and courteous. I also enjoy the activities during the holiday seasons.. I think Silver Hill is a very friendly and warm atmosphere to live in. I am so glad to be a tenant here.. A cool dip in the pool you are bound to meet a friend come join me for a relaxing clean and caring environment.

I am not computer literate, but Beth was phenomenal at helping us get set up with payments. I appreciate her help very much. Terrific experience.
