Silver Creek Apartments

Lack of professionalism and poor communication. They promised a quick delivery due to an urgent situation, but they didn't deliver. More than 10 days passed without clear answers. They never answer calls and seem to be avoiding communication. They offered a partial refund, but refused to refund the money for the app, despite their lack of reliability. A stressful and disappointing experience.

We moved in about 3 months ago and everything has been perfect. Pam is the best worker in the office so if you thinking about moving in ask for her. Apartment looks just like the pics on display and maintenance is really good about repairs too . It’s been a smooth ride since thank u silver creek

I am apartment hunting I stopped by Silver Creek today and talked to Alex she gave me a lot of information regarding a one bedroom, She gave me a lot of information on the unit and love the property how it looks and Alex was very helpful. Keeping my Silver creek on my top 3 to apply.

We have been renting here for almost 5 years. Been through a few management changes and I would say they have come a long way. Maintenance, front office, Alex (manager), even neighbors near us are very nice people. We are moving out of state and will definitely miss all our sweet neighbors we have. As far as the scorpion complaints on reviews, we had a few here and there something that helps is keeping your apartment clean from food on floors & spray lavender or peppermint essential oils around. I even use lavender scented cleaning products as well. Bugs are gonna do what bugs do. Overall, great experience!

Great property and amazing staff. The maintenance team is great, always getting work orders done in a professional and timely manner. The office staff is amazing and the manager Alex has made this property a better place and always takes care of the residents and the kids.
