I am new to Silver Collection so far my experience has been amazing. Shamika Neal is amazing. She was so patient with us while we waited to move in, while in the process of selling our home. She listened to our needs and gave us different options to ensure that our Stay at Silver Collection would feel like home. She has an upbeat personality and she is very approachable and knowledgeable . I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. The maintenance team is also great. They act very fast. I love all the amenities and the complimentary breakfast is a very nice touch. There are plenty of perks here and I look forward to experiencing all they have to offer.

I recently moved in a few weeks ago and have really enjoyed living here so far. Amber has been an absolute STAR! She’s quick to respond, professional, and guided us through the entire rental process with ease. Amber even helped us get settled on move-in day, which can be stressful, but she made it feel seamless! The rest of the leasing staff are also incredibly helpful and made the experience even smoother. The community itself feels very homey and welcoming, and the perks are fantastic such as complimentary breakfast every morning. Plus, Ryan puts together an amazing events schedule, so there’s always something fun going on. Highly recommend!

Living at Silver Collection at Carl D. Silver Parkway has been an amazing experience! Every week there’s something fun to do, and the monthly community calendar gives you plenty of notice so you can plan ahead. The staff truly goes above and beyond to create a welcoming, active community. One of the best perks is the partnership with Olive Garden. You can order your meal and have it delivered right to the clubhouse for easy pickup. It’s convenient, delicious, and saves a trip across town. To balance it out, the community also hosts regular walks where residents can get in some extra steps while connecting with neighbors. Happy New Year! Happy to share my wonderful experience working with Amber Stevens with Silver Collections Leasing office. The property is spectacular offering several amenities that is worth the process. Shopped around and no other locations can compare with the incentives offered. Took the Auto Train from Sanford FL to Lorton VA - we had been looking for an apartment in Fredericksburg - spent the week going to various complexes and were truly impressed with Shamicka and her manager. Had a fantastic tour around the property and can definitely see us living there. We began our quest looking for a Good, Better, Best apartment in the second quarter of 2026 so that we could be as flexible as possible, pending availability. We plan on keeping in touch regarding availability for 3/2 apartments. We will probably move between late May and early August once we sell our home in Central Florida.
