Silsbee Tower Apartments

My parents lived there since 2018 New management brought not only horrible quality- their hallways are reeking of urine and marihuana, dirt and dust are allergy inducing But their priorities seem to be over helping their “ friends “ to make their business While the community room was turned into another office to hold more “ workers “ those workers park on visitor parking which makes impossible to park for any medical personnel or pick up disabled relatives Today’s episode outraged me- while I was transporting my disabled dad after doctors appointment my car was towed by their “ neighbor business “ while all of their cars parked into visitors parking No empathy no compassion just luck of honesty and integrity . Should not happen with elderly residents

I am so sorry I moved out, I can not wait to go back
