From the very beginning, the customer service in the leasing office stood out as truly exceptional—easily 5-star service compared to anywhere else I visited. The team was incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions thoroughly, provided a wonderful tour, and even made themselves available on my move-in date, which happened to fall on a national holiday. Silas Park on Hutchinson Island has been an excellent place to live and an overall great apartment community. The location on Hutchinson Island is unbeatable—quiet, scenic, and close to downtown Savannah while still feeling peaceful and private. The apartments are modern, clean, and well-maintained, with thoughtful layouts and quality finishes. I’m genuinely impressed with everything Silas Park has to offer. It’s rare to find a community that truly feels thoughtfully designed, especially for pet owners. The fenced-in yards are such a game changer, and having both a dog park and a pet spa makes everyday life so much easier. The EV chargers are a huge plus, and the location is hard to beat — being so close to downtown Savannah while still feeling peaceful and private is the best of both worlds. Just moved in 2 weeks ago. Kylee was amazing from right off the start. Fantastic customer service & communication. The apartment is gorgeous! It’s a state of the art complex no doubt. I hope this is home for a long time.
