Very bad people skills, the guy never let me speak, just talking with a mad voice saying, I don't have time to be helping you if your looking at other properties. People have waisted my time and if you are looking at other properties or if you are dealing with someone else you not serious with me. Was trying to speak to let him know I'm very interested in Signature properties. I saw a house that we wanted to rent out, but he just kept talking as if I was the one that stood him up. That was not called for you really need to go back home for parent skills from your parents. You don't talk to people like that and you never heard me out just through tex. Are you a rep for Signature Realty ? Cause if you are I'm sure they are not aware of your behavior. Im cool on yaw.

I regret not reading reviews about this company before renting from them in October 2021. I recently moved out in November 2024 and went above and beyond to ensure the property was left in excellent condition. I followed all the lease agreement requirements, had the tile floors professionally cleaned and disinfected, the carpets professionally cleaned, the house deep-cleaned, and even washed the walls—something I’ve never done before when moving out of a rental. Despite this, my security deposit was returned minus $475 for questionable charges. These included: • Replacing a door stop that was not there when I moved in (I ensured there were no holes in the walls). • Remounting a medicine cabinet in the guest bathroom that I never altered or touched. • Tightening kitchen cabinet doors and fa

I wish I could give them 10 stars!!! Today I picked up my keys for a beautiful home and I have to say that working with Yesi the entire process was extraordinary! She was very professional, personable and responsive. She made the process easy and I definitely recommend her and the entire Signature Family if you’re in the market for beautiful, clean and move in ready properties, whether you’re leasing or purchasing! :)

Sammy Benito; Unfortunately, my experience with Sammy Benito was disappointing. From the start, it felt like he had little genuine interest in helping me find the right property. Instead of taking the time to understand my needs, I felt rushed into liking the first home we viewed — as if the goal was to close a deal quickly rather than ensure it was the right fit for me. It seemed more about securing a commission and moving on to the next client than providing thoughtful, client-centered service. I expected more professionalism and care from someone in this role.
