I just wanted to thank our new property manager Brittany Thomas for her outstanding leadership since she has join the property at Parkland Square. Ms.Thomas made sure my home is comfortable and livable like it should have been 4months ago. I want to thank everyone who played a great part in doing this to my place. Thank you Brittany Thomas for your kindness as well.

I went to check the property at Dunhill Village North Apartments. I was referred and was going to apply. However, when I rode around the property and saw the disgusting trash I was IMMEDIATELY turned off. I was also greeted with some angry tenants who complained of it being an ongoing problem and MANAGEMENT refused to address the situation. No thank you Dunhill Village!!!

They haven’t returned my calls or emails. I’ve been trying to contact them for months, and it’s been a year now. I was told that I would receive a call back, but I haven’t. Are there any other numbers to reach them? That’s so unprofessional they took my money and never contacted me

I'm a resident at Parkland Square. I am expressing my concerns regarding a recent interaction I had when I inquired about details related to my lease and associated over charges and late fees. Friday December 6, 2024 at 3:35pm in the rental office at Parkland Square. I was disappointed by the behavior of one of your staff members, Mariana, that I recently found out works in the cooperate office Reistertown Road, Baltimore, Maryland. I went to the office to get an explanation on the issue my daughter and I was having on our end on RentCafe Resident which was having an issue. There was an month to month charge, as well as a late fee an overage of $270.99. I tried to explain to her numerous times that I made several attempts calling the rental office November 5th and November 6, for clarity

Signature Rock Glen is the best! I have been living here for the past 7 years and this last year alone made me want to stay here longer. Every time I ask for maintenance service, somebody always responds and gets the job done quickly. Lakeiya from the office is so professional and very respectful and makes sure that I am satisfied with their services. She goes over and beyond what is expected of her and represents the company very well.
