Signature Management

After going years without acknowledging our community's alleged HOA, they begin sending out notices of violations and dues. Following the sudden demand for payments, many homeowners began requesting more information about this company and the structure (or lack thereof) of the HOA. Communication is almost nonexistent, but when something does get back it's short worded and lacks clarity. They will, however, continue to mail payment notices no problem. Overall, cannot recommend this company due to very poor business practices, organization, and communication. Not sure how they're still in business.

First of all BRUCE! You don't ask the customer what do they want when they call you. That's something you say that to your family and friends. Since I'm neither, watch your tone when you speak to me. Second of all, I want to know why these fees went from $120.00 to $360.00 when I've paid on time every year? You do nothing to warrant this ridiculous increase. If I could I would drop you like a hot potato!

Wish there was a negative star option. What idiot lets this company exist? They collect money but do nothing about the communities. I’ve consulted an attorney so hopefully something will be done very soon.

This company is a joke when it comes to handling HOA responsibilities. Bruce is the worst, no response or totally ignorant response. They have the worst rating and deserve it. I have been messaging and calling them since May 22, 2023. Issues still not resolved. My lengthier complaint is on the BBB website. Simply put, you don't want Signature Management company to manage a trip to the grocery store, much less your HOA responsibilities!!! They get a rating of one star because it will not allow you to give a negative. Oh, and those 5 star reviews, must be fake or paid employees because there is no way, they should get a single star.

I've had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Bruce from Signature Management. I've been emailing him since 6/28/2022 after the only meeting this year. He was supposed to get back to us with answers to questions, like original billing invoices, receipts for such bills, having Duke Energy bill the HOA for our street lights, having builder release out street to DOT, why his fee doubled in less than 2 years ect... According to Bruce, his fee covers 4 meetings per year, but we've been requesting the second meeting for 44 days and every email has NOT been answered. I'm wondering, from what I've read, of I should contact the BBB, local media as well as the NC Attorney General? Any thought would be appreciated.
