My grandson has lived there since Sept 2025 and I am very grateful to the maintenance depart, specifically Jereimah, he has been beyond helpful and caring. He is professional and very responsive to any situation from hanging up curtains to taking care of a dishwasher to hanging doors, storm door and coordinating with vendors such as the air conditioner man. I have peace of mind knowing my grandson is being taken care of as I live in CA. thank you for all your support, it is greatly appreciated. You are the best!!

The five stars are for Jeremy in the maintenance department. My elderly mother lives at SignalView, I had to ask for help with her heating and air unit. Not only was he polite, helpful and kind HE FIXED THE PROBLEM. I've had to call more than once and he always goes the extra mile to help. If you have to contact management for repairs, ask for Jeremy!

Lived here for a little over a year, the place had so many cockroaches, mold was on the ceiling (that we contacted maintenance about and they never fixed it). If you need something done you have to do it yourself because maintenance will not help you, and the ladies in the office ignore you as well. Our master bed room had a place that would get soaked when it rained outside, maintained put a fan there to dry it up, never fixed the issues. We had our washer leak and flooded the apartment, maintenance was called and once they got there they put big fans to dry it up, when that didn't work they tore the carpet out and set it in the parking lot to dry. they tried to put it back in our apartment with wet stains and mold covering the carpet. This complex took over a month to give me an answer on an apartment, they took my $75 for the app, they ran my credit, then basically ghosted me for several weeks costing me a job prospect in that area. Unfortunately frustrating to deal with and was even next to impossible to get any answers or call backs. The parent company second story realtors or whatever was also zero help in the process.
