It has been our pleasure to work with Signal Property Management for over 15 years. Perry James is incredibly attentive and responsive. He has taken excellent care of our 3 - duplex rental properties in Naples, Florida. During a past hurricane, a large tree cracked in the backyard and was hanging perilously close to the roof. With limited cell phone and electrical power, Perry managed to get a crew to the property immediately to cut the tree and saved us from extensive damages and expenses. We know we can always count on Perry to take the BEST care of our property and we highly recommend him!

I moved to Naples nearly 7 years ago. I have been living in a downtown location from Signal Property Management since. The rent is extremely reasonable for the location and I'm extremely grateful for the opportunity I have been given to live in such an amazing place with affordable rent. Whenever I need anything done at the property, Perry is very prompt to get things done and more often than not, his phone doesn't even ring twice and he picks up. I appreciate great customer service and a landlord that cares. With these guys, I get both. We are happy campers.

We were with Perry and Signal for 11 years!! I can honestly say that we deeply miss renting with Perry and Signal. Signal was right there for you if had any issues or repairs needed to be done. Perry was always available to answer any questions. My only complaint is no other property management company lives up to Signal and Perry.
