Signal Pointe

The only pro I have is the pricing because it cheap.. but if you are looking for decent place to stay, I am sure there are far better apartments to pick from in the same price range. I moved into my unit and was blindsided by all of these issues... Roaches: This complex is not good. Since DAY 1 of me moving in, I was GREETED WITH ROACHES, that have been roaming almost DAILY in my unit. The unit is infested with roaches that would make an appearance at all times of the day/night, while I'm cleaning, AND while I am cooking, to the point where I have been afraid to have any guests over. it doesn't matter how much you clean they will also come up the drains.. I had one almost the size of my finger come into the bathroom and it was traumatizing, and when I brought it up to the front office the

I’ve been living here for around 4 years now. My previous apartment complex was a nightmare. Coming here was a breath of fresh air. 3 pools on the property, 24 hour gym, sand volley ball court, dog park, and my favorite, there is a fire pit When it gets cold, it’s wonderful to sit by the fire. There are arcade games, a ping pong table, and pool table in the club house. The office staff are friendly and welcoming. Wayne and Karol are superb and friendly. They strive to keep this complex as great as it is. Rashma always goes above and beyond. This is the place to be.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. It's the worst apartment I've ever lived in. I moved in in March, and after three months, I was already looking for another place. I had two giant rats that ate through the wall, my food, my purse, and more. I had termites and a cockroach infestation. The washer and dryer are tiny. Forget about maintenance coming to help you because they'll take four days to show up. Our AC broke down, and when they finally came, it only worked for one night before breaking down again. I could go on, but it would take so long to describe my experience that it's not worth it.

This is the property to live! Service is extremely good! Staff is amazing. The Property Manager Warren, is a very understanding and very efficient carrying out his duty. Amenities are great and the work orders are done in a quick manner. This is a very safe community and my family and I consider this community a blessing! Carol ( Assistant Manager)! is great and will do what she says she will! The apartments are spacious and wood floors.. Overall, a great staff and management is truly reliable and very caring!!!

Signal Pointe Apartments is a fantastic place to live! The apartments are modern and well-kept, and the amenities are excellent. What really stands out is the amazing staff, especially Reshma. She's always incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and makes sure everything runs smoothly. Her positive attitude makes a big difference. I highly recommend Signal Pointe for a comfortable and well-managed living experience!
