Signal Point Apartments

Signal Point was the last place my partner and I toured during our day of apartment hunting, and, unknowingly, we saved the best for last. Hayden was extremely thorough in our tour, and actually sat down with us to talk over what amenities would be most useful to us and what units were available and tailored to our liking. She went over cost and encouraged us to ask questions so it was a collaborative experience. We genuinely felt cared for the whole time. The facility was pristine! The gym was stocked with new equipment, a large pool, hot tub for 24/7 use, and other amenities to gawk at. The apartments themselves? Beautiful. We had to apply right away. Although we aren’t officially living here yet (fingers crossed), we would highly recommend these apartment homes to anyone looking to rent

We haven’t moved in yet BUT Hayden has been an amazing help. She’s very kind, attentive, and trustworthy. She has always been very timely in her responses to our questions, and she was not pushy at all when we had our tour of the floorplans. Also, the property is beautiful. many amenities and gorgeous views! Can’t wait to move in!

We are so excited to live here! Such a beautiful place to live and great location! Hayden was so accommodating in our application and leasing process and made it go very smoothly! She was so patient and knowledgeable during some changes we made and we couldn’t be more thankful for her help and understanding!

If you live in a ground level unit be prepared to be able to hear everything going on above you. The walls must be paper thin from top to bottom because we can hear everything (and I mean everything) going on above us. Aside from that, management has been great and the maintenance guy is awesome.

Hayden is very very nice and i lived here for about 3 months already with no issues and very friendly people here and love the events every friday this is the best experience that i had living in a apartment it’s the best and would recommend it for anyone else
