Peaceful Living and Great Management! Signal Hill Apartments has been a wonderful place to call home. The community is quiet, well-kept, and conveniently located near everything I need. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the office staff is always friendly and professional. They really care about residents and make sure issues are taken care of. The grounds are clean, parking is plenty, and the neighbors are respectful. I feel safe here and appreciate how well-managed the property is. Highly recommend Signal Hill if you’re looking for comfort and reliability!

I love living at Signal Hill! The property is always clean, the neighbors are friendly, and it’s a nice, quiet place to live. I feel safe here, which means a lot. The management team David and Emily are seriously the best! They’re always friendly, easy to reach, and actually care about residents. The maintenance team deserves a shoutout too they're fast, professional, and always fix things right the first time. Any issue I’ve had was handled super quick. Couldn’t ask for a better place to live or staff!

I’ve been living here 5 years, haven’t missed a payment, or even received an eviction but yet I’m not eligible to move to a 2 bedroom. Next we are paying $25 a month for garage parking per car (heard for the 2025 leases parking is going up $45 per car) yet ever other day or everyday a car is broken into been going on 2 years. Yet no sense of urgency or need for security to deter crime as much a possible to help fix / reduce the issues. Only cameras as if mask and dark clothing isn’t a thing. Where is our $ going? No explanation from on site staff for that question last week when I called. Next living here 5 years or anywhere repairs: upkeep is mandatory in my opinion unless you’re just a slob. Leaving here at signal Hill has been a great experience. It’s very quiet and pet friendly. The neighbors are quiet. Everybody stays to themselves and respectful. The amenities are kept up-to-date. The swimming pool is very nice. It seems like you are on a vacation here and as far as the property manager, David is a very humble guy. I had no problems here I rate this year as a great experience. These people are INSANE. I NEVER moved in and when I applied it says no balance to be owned and I was in fact going to get a RETURN on my deposit. This is FRAUDULENT. I will go LEGAL if I have to. Since my deposit was never processed and I never took possession of the unit — meaning I never received keys, access, or moved in — there is no legal basis for rent charges or collection efforts. The account should reflect a zero balance. Any further attempt to assign debt for a unit I never occupied may constitute fraud, and I will escalate it accordingly. VERBATIM Your document says what? “If you or any co-applicant is disapproved or deemed disapproved under paragraph 4, we will refund all application deposits within thirty (30) days of such disapproval.” Exactly. By the way I applied onli
