Called them 3 times said, their roofer would call ,and he did and even came by to say he could get to it , at the latest the weekend. The weekend came and went,w/ no call, follow up. Two insurance companies came by to s as y it was builder improperly installing vents.

Do not WALK but absolutely RUN!!!!! Run away as fast as you can if you are considering buying a property from these scam artist.. I'm not one to bad mouth or discredit someone's work but this has gone way to far and needs to be noted.. I purchased a property from Danny six months ago and have had problem after problem. Danny feels he isn't responsible for the craftsmanship that went into the property. Any issue you are experiencing he pawns it off on the sub-contractors and unlicensed workers that built the property stating you will need to contact them to fix any issues you are having.. End result nothing gets fixed...
