I’m happy with my experience to the management here at Foundations Community. Compared to where I am managed by Accolade at Saison North where I currently have to experience horrible service. Customer service here is amazing!!

DO NOT MOVE HERE...RENT RAISE EVERY 2 YEARS. VERY Unsafe. Tenants are getting more violent. My neighbors beat their kids and partners. Homeless entering and stealing. Porch thefts increasing, ROACH INFESTATION. Parking is NOT ENOUGH and rules have rarely been enforced. Double parking, illegal ♿ parking EVERY DAY. staff turnover is high, and management just let me know that there will never be a gate because we are open to the community however my safety is not a concern. Hi management! 👋 gathering photos now! (Maybe respond with kindness instead of attitude when someone tells you they feel unsafe on YOUR property).

Do do move in here. They show you no respect as a resident! I been living here for about 5 years now and I'm ready to move out! Yesterday their staff left my door open! They didn't bother to close and lock it. Anything could have happened! I'm a single mother, so this is unacceptable! Especially when the office is always sending us letters because people keep breaking into other people's cars!!! And you wanna be irresponsible and leave my door open, are you kidding me!! Also I almost got kicked out of the pool because I didn't have a pool pass, which by the way they never informed me of. I received the pass once I went to the office to complain.

Great place for a family. They are a Foundation property, and one of the only Foundation properties that has a swimming pool. Great place if you are interested in a 1 or 2 bedroom

Just went to visit my sis in law and her little family after an unexpected delay. Had a nice convo and family check in.
