Update: My issues with the infested appliances has been resolved. They removed and replaced the dishwasher and refrigerator. They also fixed all of the other issues I had. The new Manager and Assistant Manager are great and I appreciate them.
The place is quite lovely. Fairly quiet. There is a nice clean playground for children. The neighbors seem pretty friendly as well.
