Sierra Pointe Apartments

I left a review only to not see it not here. So once again with more appreciation... I put myself on the wait-list. Name and number after 7 months reached me lo and behold property management tried to stop me from moving in ( another story) And thank God that management changed and did not lose my invitation to be a part of this community. Thank you to the current manager, lovely ladies in the office working hard for us , paper work etc etc . Thank you too the polite on site crew busting a sweat in the heat. Also appreciate the hud and owner allowing my family and self a safe clean unit that we can afford. Sincerely, Me

The worse place to live they wanna have you like a prison can do anything give you violation without cause they never wanna fix what wrong with your apartment. All the care about is moving people in and not fix the apartment. They're with infested roaches and bed bugs. I wouldn't recommend to move here even tho is section 8 there are better section 8 apartment

Sierra Pointe Apartments have terrible management and terrible maintenance. The maintenance crew doesn't fix anything. It takes days or weeks for them to come out. This new team of management and maintenance is the worst I've seen in 13 years. They talk bad to you and ignore you. We've never needed new management and maintenance and NOW we do.

I applied when the waitlist opened they told me a 2-3 month wait once those months was up they magically got a new system and new management I was first told I would have to reapply which was crazy and then they said just be patient with system change and they still don’t hear nothing back 😒
