Lilian is rude. Slams the phone on me twice. I was nothing but kind to her. Trying to rent a property on Thursday then tells me to call Monday all the while the property has been rented. The address on the website was showing in the town of willows n got upset because she had to figure out the actual address. Learn to be informed if you’re doing a job. Also slamming the phone on people who never showed anything more than kindness is gross.

I have only communicated with them over the phone. I am trying to rent my house out. The manager seems very well organized and explained everything very understandably. I will probably use them for my property management needs.

The best propert management company I’ve ever worked with. They come whenever anything needs to be fixed or addressed within 24 hours of me notifying them. The people who work there are very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone looking to rent in Colusa County.

Your better off applying other places they took my money just tell me things that are not specified on their website. They scam you to pay $20 application fee for each place😡😡😡😡waste then tell you some bs!!!!!
