Ana is back, and the property truly missed her TLC! You can already see the difference. Sierra meadows is a wonderful community that’s always beautifully maintained, and it really shows. So happy to see everything looking great again!

John is a hard worker, very kind and professional. Easy to talk to and ask for help. Josie is always so kind and professional. Both are always very attentative to the Sierra Meadows communities needs. As a tenant I appreciate the hard work, time and understanding these two put in.

I have lived here since May, and nothing major happened until the last month. In November, my rear passenger window got broken into and my possessions were stolen. I emailed management about that and their response was “I'm sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, crime can happen anywhere. We do have security, here, at Sierra Meadows. They don't patrol Sierra Meadows all night. They come around twice a night. If you're needing security, you'd have to contact them, and they are usually out within 10-15mins.” I tolerated it, but, when it happened the second time, my car got completely messed up in the inside. Seemed like a failed attempt to steal the car. Now I don’t have transportation for at least the next week all because there is no reliable security in this complex. Having to pay extra to co

The office and maintenance staff are outstanding! Omar was here today and took care of the problem quickly. There are two laundromats. Dogs are allowed and welcomed, there is a dog park here! There’s a playground for little kids. There are always parking spots! The people that work here are professional and friendly! ❤️ rate as 10 out of 10!
