Sierra Grande

I recently toured Sierra Grande Apartment and had such a wonderful experience. The community itself is beautiful, modern, and truly feels like luxury living, but what made the visit stand out most was Yari!!!! Yari was incredibly positive, attentive, and professional throughout the entire tour. She took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered every question with patience and knowledge, and made the experience feel personalized rather than rushed. Her enthusiasm and genuine care immediately made me feel welcomed and valued as a prospective resident. Exceptional and above and beyond customer service makes ALL the difference, and Yari TRULY represents the high standard of excellence at Sierra Grande. I highly recommend scheduling a tour you’ll be in great hands with Yari!

I have been living here for two years and this is the best apartment complex in Naples, FL. Hands down. The maintenance crew is wonderful and very attentive to all our apartment needs. Anything you need fixed they get it done very quickly and they get it done right. The community is always clean and the management team in the front office, Henry, Yari, and Silvia are very pleasant. They make this community feel like home.

I was already living here when Yari started working at the property, and she has been such a great addition to the team. Yari is professional, approachable, and always willing to help, no matter how small the issue is. She truly goes above and beyond and has made this place feel more like home. I really appreciate her positive attitude and the care she puts into her work.

Henry Moreno and his team are outstanding. Henry is an excellent manager and a genuinely great human being, and his leadership clearly reflects in his team. Everyone is professional, responsive, and truly cares about the residents. Sierra Grande Apartments is a wonderful community because of their dedication and teamwork.
