Sierra Carmichael Apartments

This little apartment complex was exactly what my wife and I needed for the few months we stayed here. Cristina the front office woman was always super helpful, dependable, and always willing to help us with anything we needed in a timely manner. She deserves a raise or promotion for sure. Her customer service is off the charts!! Shout out to her team, as well, Ted the maintenance man was always there when needed and provided outstanding work and all the staff we interacted with made us feel welcome and comfortable!! Thank y’all for the support and stay!! Best landlord experience we’ve had, and very grateful for the positive experience we had despite our short month to month stay.

If you’re new to town or just looking for a new place , I highly recommend sierra Carmichael apartments ! They worked with me , with clear and easy communication. Very accommodating paperwork was easy and fast ! Cristina is always there for whatever questions , comments and concerns you have . Ted the maintenance guy is very effective, keeps the grounds in good condition , clean and any problems in the apartment was taken care of in a short amount of time . They are pet friendly and the dog park was a bonus !!! Definitely would recommend !

***Warning*** This complex sent a bill to collections in my name without ever informing me. For some context, I stayed here a few years ago for about a year. I completed my lease with them and, before leaving, checked in with the lease office to make sure there were no due outs. The lady told me everything was good to go. Years later I got calls from a collection agency claiming I owed Sierra Carmichael 1,200 dollars. This also hit my credit report so I had to pay it in order to clear it off my name. The entire time I received no phone calls or emails from Sierra Carmichael about this supposed money I owed them. Seems like something shady happened there to me or the very least they neglected to inform me and just sent it to collections. Also, the place was infested with roaches when I f

I stayed at this complex for a short time because I travel for work. I stayed in a studio that came furnished and it had everything needed. I appreciated the full kitchen and the big tv. The studio itself felt very spacious and I liked the layout of it. Cristina was very helpful whenever something was needed and she responded very promptly. Would recommend this place!
