I lived here March 2021-May 2022. It was a good 2BR good apartment apart from the roaches and leaky windows when it rained. Office did nothing substantial to fix it. I bug bombed the apartment numerous times. Also got bedbugs too. When I moved out, I was sent an $1100 move out bill. I paid $250 to the bill collectors. Luckily, the bedbugs and roaches did not follow me back to the Midwest. Do NOT move here or its sister property nearby Casa de la Sierra on Coronado.

I'm giving them one star because it would not allow me to write a review unless I did. With that being said...I moved in June of 2022, my ac went out in July of 2022, here it is July of 2023 and I still have no AC!! They say it's because they have nobody to fix it or they have changed management so many times, that they have to start the process all over again?! I had a mild heat stroke because my apartment was 130° and they refuse to fix the AC! They have been here over and over and said they were gonna get it fixed, so I continued to believe them, until my heat stroke. I bought a portable ac and it almost caught my apartment on fire because the wiring is faulty and needs updated. This place is definitely not worth $1,000 a month!!

Well let's start with my father in laws apt. Once we cleaned it up on moving in, not bad at all. Drive through the apartment complex? Wow empty buildings, no maintenance is preformed. Looks very similar to a trap house. Office is seldom open. However my father in law can only afford this apt. His place is nice and has seen no crime. Would I recommend? Not likely.

Sharing the good first.... It's located in town close to everything that is a plus. That's it now the disgusting,bad, horrible. Office staff is non existence. The office is rarely open. If you do catch them open it'll be a bother that you're in there. They all look homeless, take pride in how you present yourself! Including the manager! Office needs cleaning it's so gross. Maintenance?? What's that? Do we even Maintenance?????? There are soooooooooo many empty buildings! So many!! It's like a ghost town. How they stay open is beyond me. Probably a bunch of squatters. Can't wait to move out or they condemn the place. Either way.
