Save your money new management is terrible. We have had problems with ac for a while now and they turn off the water constantly. They wanna charge so much but constantly have problems with ac, dryers are out dated have to dry 5 times in order for clothes to completely dry, things fall apart easily. You could honestly find something better with the price they wanna charge.

We tried to leave five months into our lease because my boyfriend got relocated upstate and they were going to make us pay seven more months of rent upfront in one day, which was ridiculous. The water is constantly being shut on and off, and I am a stay at home gf so that's a big headache for me. The flooding in Harlingen happened a month ago and the pool Is still so dirty from it . I called and asked if it was clean they said yes. I went to go check and there were literal piles of dirt inside the pool. I called and asked again and they told me just don't go in the water. You don't have to go in the pool. What do I pay rent for? How are both pools in the summer always dirty and locked. I asked when it would be clean. They said they don't know because on how backed up they are on maintenanc

Save your money for an apartment that cares about its residents. -Water is shut off constantly -Clogged pipes -Buildings so old you notice once the thin layer of paint they used to cover it up begins peeling, revealing the fact that you’re paying modern prices for something that is barley standing -Basketball court is almost non-existent since the hoops lean so far foward -Good luck trying to receive any packages here, it’s too much work for them to hold a package in the office so it’s sent back -Creepy men walking the streets Overall, do yourself a favor and don’t live somewhere where the office obviously doesn’t care about the community.

It has been great living here for +1 year. The place is great for my husband, myself, and kitty. Although, I wish the apartment was clean when we moved in. There was dog food in the corners and in my pantry. There were cockroaches at the beginning and the pest control wasn’t really working. So, we took care of it ourselves and the critters are rarely seen. The staff have been very nice and accommodating to our needs. Maintenance are on top of it on the work orders and we really appreciate that. If I could suggest an improvement for these apartments, it would be more light throughout the driveways/darker areas. It can be alarming to see when someone is walking their pet under little light. Other than that, great job! We are looking forward to staying for the following year.

The community is nice & quiet but the apartments are definitely not worth the amount of rent they ask, the units are very old along with all the electrical & A/C in them. Management is okay but they will not work with you, maintenance is great. My unit came with an old dinged up black mirror, chipped and water swollen cabinets and counter tops, old W&D that constantly burnt my clothes, damaged fridge, & peeling floors before I had moved in, front door also never locked completely after every fix and the A/C was always running (it’s so old it worked overtime) so higher light bill for you! it took a year of asking before they could replace the W&D. They also ask for renters insurance as well!! The units feel very overpriced as well since they’re pretty small. Overall the complex is okay but
