Sienna Springs Apartments

I came with my husband to visit a friend. She has been here Since September. She has complained about a smell in her bedroom. Office has pushed her off about it. She can’t sleep in her bedroom due to the smell. She has to sleep in living room. I called office and they said they told her because of holidays she would have to wait. What holidays are in September and October and November and first part of December this could not been fixed? The people before her moved out after 3-4 months because of the smell. I was here 30-45 minutes and left with a bad headache. Don’t know what toxic she is inhaling everyday. This is unacceptable living!!!!!

I like this apartment. I been here 1 year so nice quite no crime I never see any bad People stop laying to Our management and our community . Someone I see talking about kid. Yeah, they're a kid they are free, but. We have to look it to drive. Watch everytime with your back in front. But I'm so happy.

I wished if I can give them minus five stars. Roaches everywhere in the apartments Carpet full of dust if you have babies that will be Asthma cause for them. always hot water outage. laundry place in the middle of the living room. no exhaust fan in the bathrooms. kids running randomly in front of your car no care until you hit someone. one car got stolen recently also. phone box doesn’t work , you’ve to walk the whole building if you have a delivery coming. the management 🤮.

The manager is always responsive—whenever we call with an issue, she takes care of it right away. The maintenance team works very hard, and I truly appreciate their efforts. I'm really happy living here. Thank you for keeping everything running smoothly!

Sienna Springs is a nice community, nice area nice to live very peaceful. No worries about bad things. Has good management staff especially the manager. I have lived here around 6 years. The manager (Cindy) is very nice and very helpful. She is energetic and understanding. I recommend to come here and to live peacefully and happily.
