Sienna Senior Apartments

As a 55 year-old who just moved in recently, I have to say that I am throuroughly impressed with Sienna. The apartments are large, well-appointed, and functional with a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The balcony is key as it overlooks the Palms Casino, at least from my apartment. At night, it's so quiet, I can hear a pin drop. This quietude is very important, as I work from home and need it during the day. That's not to mention The Club House and all that comes with it. The payment policy each month is extremely strict, so I do have to pay the rent with a money order before the 3rd of each month. Otherwise, there are major fees and consequences. This is a nice place to live. The apartments are simple but very functional. There's a washer and dryer in each unit. The maintenance men are very efficient and fix things quickly. Ronda is a good manager. She's firm but she's very fair and knows her job. The location is good. There's a lot of shopping and restaurants close by.

Scamming the elderly. They claim one month security deposit+ 350 for fees. Then when you rent they up the security deposit and do not pay you interest on your money, per law. They wanted $2300, seriously. The manager Ronda is quite nasty when you confront her. Do you yourself a favor and keep looking.

I am so blessed to have found this small senior community. The management staff Rhonda and Beverly are caring and always available during the office hours, just to smile and visit as well to assist with concerns. I feel safe here, well lighted at night, with 24 hr security, too which reflects in the friendliness of the neighborhood. The grounds are well kept and when something in the apt needs attention maintenance arrives by the following day. The 24 hr clubhouse and fitness center equipment are kept in tip-top shape as well. My Cat and I could not be any happier living in our Apt. home.

Since I moved in Jan 2024, I've had so many problems with management, most recent my lease is almost up so I needed to have a apt inspection which was fine all I asked was could hey come when me or my wife were at home. They didn't say yes or no what she said was if we did that for every tenant then it would never get done, which I thought was a pretty rude response, so that meant they were coming to inspect whether I was home or not and they did. My point is this i don't know the people that's coming into my apt when I'm not their. They know the maintenance people I DON'T!!!!!! On to the next issue they're saying I have to pay another full deposit which is over $1600 if my lease is renewed HOW & WHY? where is my 1st dep?
