STAY FAR AWAY!! Do not waste your time trying to move in. I almost never write reviews, but this place was a horrible experience. When my roommate and I moved in under stressful circumstances, we had a great experience with Christian, the leasing agent at the time. Unfortunately, he resigned shortly after, and Nancy took over. From that point forward, things went downhill. Nancy showed zero empathy, no enthusiasm, and consistently dismissed our concerns. We initially liked the layout of the apartment and the grounds were decent at best. However, within 10 days, we were dealing with constant noise. Neighbors played loud music every morning that could be heard clearly across our apartment. We also experienced ongoing screaming and meltdowns from a neighboring unit, frequent police visits,

The day l went into Siena Villas Apartment Homes to inquire on a new place to live the property manager Nancy Tanori was awesome. She made me feel right at home explained everything and showed me an apartment right away and ask me to fill out all paperwork online. l ran into a few bumps but she helped me through it this was a great experience most people just get information and go from there but she really made me feel special and cared about my needs. I had checked on several apartments that day but no one took the time and effort like she did, she is a great asset to the company and l looked forward to working with her on any issues that may accure in the future l hope the next person has the great experience l got with her.

The condo is still a good place to live: quiet and friendly tenants. Maintenance has declined and this can be seen, for example, in the lack of signage on the sidewalks. The current service in the office is regrettable, lacking empathy and no vocation for service. For example, to change the air conditioning grille now the technical staff would come to remove the grille but the tenant rolls up his sleeves and is the one who must clean the grille. Details? Surely! Hoping that they return to the past with excellent service and empathy with the residents.

I've been living here since February and so far I like it a lot. The people are great and so friendly. I really enjoy my apartment. My washer started to have some issues recently, and it was resolved right away. The new manager Christian is really nice and is quick to get things fixed around the property.

I lived in a 2x2 and it was one of the most cozy apartments I ever lived in. The complex is very peaceful and quiet. The apartment I moved into had brand new appliances and was very clean. Didn’t deal with pests not even once. Never had issues with parking or visitors. If I had to give one criticism it would be that they gave the apartment the “landlord special” which makes the kitchen look a bit worn down even with the new appliances in there because the paint job was not great. But overall great apartment for the price, I would have stayed here for a long time if I could. Julia isn’t here anymore but can’t thank her enough for all her help throughout my stay here.
