Siena Villas Apartments

I have been here for 7 years and I can definitely attest to the fact that the current management(Samantha)and staff are trying very hard to improve things at Siena Villa. I attended the Christmas party this evening and it was outstanding. All of the social events for 2025 have been very nice and the staff works very hard in the preparation of the events to ensure everyone has a good time. The maintenance team has been very pro active with making my repairs and they are very accommodating. I appreciate all of you and you are doing a GREAT job. I know there are things that need to be worked on, but I know it is coming!!! Jan (Apt 193)

The repair technicians here are excellent and consistently do great work. They respond quickly to requests and handle issues promptly. Shoutout to Dustin for doing an outstanding job on the repairs in my apartment.

When are you guys going to fix the "luxury amenities" that we are paying for!! For example, the gates!! gym equipment! The treadmill it's been "broken" for months! Worst place to live at. Rats in units! Non functional cars (broken) using up parking space. Kid's toys on side walks and blocking staircase! Tenants playing loud music all day and late nights. New tenants that have been moving in have no respect for their neighbors and place. If I could give this place a zero or negative review it would still be too much!

Siena Villas has gotten much better recently and I think it could be great if we had a pool table in the clubhouse. I need somewhere to hang with my buddies! Shaylee and Kylee are the best in the office! Joseph is helpful too!⁷

Kylee was so amazing helping me and my roommate move in. Our apartment was move in ready. She went above and beyond and made the move in process very smooth, we are very excited to live in this beautiful complex.
