Siena Village Town Homes

I’ve had a good experience at Siena Village Town Homes, and even after moving out everything went smoothly. Management was responsive and easy to communicate with, which made things stress-free. The community is well kept, quiet, and conveniently located close to the freeway and everyday essentials. Overall, no complaints from my end and I’d recommend it based on my experience.

The most unethical rental experience I’ve encountered. I had to file in small claims court to get my deposit back, which still took over six months. Military members be particularly aware, as they may attempt to dispute valid orders and retaliate when legal protections are used. Teresa was the only consistently professional representative. The owners were exceptionally difficult and showed a disregard for tenant rights. AVOID.

Rented this town home while we were building our home and when it came time to move they didn't want to do walk thru and I had place painted and cleaned better than I got it and was charged 1000 dollars from my deposit. Teresa is very rude and owners will not answer... Don't rent here, area is nice but everything breaks and they don't fix and want to charge you also cash bins make lots of noise because it gets very windy up there and they do nothing about it. DO NOT RENT HERE!! Will make sure everyone knows how terrible this place is...........

Charge $400 for move out cleaning ,after I was told it was spotless and looked like no one ever lived there , the owners are total rip offs and don’t care about anything but taking your money, go lease someplace else with people who won’t screw you..

Amazing staff and property. It sincerely is luxury living in the heart of the desert.
