Siena Suwanee Town Center

Leased here in August. Large studio overlooking the pool. Amazing experience with online application process. Lindsay and Bonnie helped me every step of the way. Moved into my apt sight unseen. Lauren was sooo welcoming and helpful with final check in. My apt was larger and more luxurious than I anticipated! When does THAT ever happen?! Omar, Billy, and Francisco take pride in keeping the complex and grounds clean and maintained. Love living here. Definitely Five Stars!!!

This has been an amazing experience! This was my first apartment experience after moving from a home & it has been the best. ✨ Truly a luxurious & peaceful atmosphere. I’ve really not had one pressing issue. The staff & team are great. Rules are strictly enforced to ensure everyone has an outstanding experience. Bonnie, Lindsay, Lauren, Omar, Billy, & Francisco all make a great team!

Moved in earlier this year, we love the community and this is a phenomenal place to call home. The property is super clean, amenities are great, and overall well built apartment complex. Lauren and the team up front made the move in process super easy. Also we had a maintenance request and Billy & Omar are 10/10 and fixed everything super fast (the washer needed shocks). A request that could’ve taken a while… they were quick, ordered everything, and knocked it out super fast!! Great place to live with friendly people!

We moved into Siena in August and we are thrilled with our Siena home! It's stunning and so well maintained at all times. The maintenance team including Omar and Billy are exceptional and have excellent communication skills and are always on top of any maintenance needs we have. We also love our property leasing team including Bonnie, Lauren, and Lindsay! We really do feel like we are at home when we are at Siena. Everything from the warm welcome when we moved in, to the many events that are put on, to the amazing community that we love seeing all the time. Thank you team! I’m happy with my stay at Siena. The apartment is very well managed by the competent professionals and there are events organized by the management where you can get to know your neighbors. When there is any issue with my unit or anything to be fixed, Omar and Billy come in the same day or the next and help figure it out. They are always proactive and competent.
