Siegen Calais Apartments

I’m looking to move as of now too small alts have a problem shutting water off hours at a time haven’t been here a year yet an went up on lease within same year I moved in I don’t make a year til April 2026 moved in April 2025 rent was 1064 now it’s 1080 which is crazy, when it rains I can barely get out my door it floods bad, I’ve complained on upstairs neighbors since I moved in very noisy ALWYS!!!! Parking is crazy a boot fees are crazy with no remorse over all I’m just ready to move only thing good is apartment office manager is real nice.

I lived in these apartments from December 2021 to November 2023. I had an amazing experience very affordable and clean. I can say the only downside and reason I ended up leaving was there not being in unit washer and dryers. They do have washer and dryers in the complex that were convenient but it was just my preference. I would also recommend if you are planning on staying here for a while to sign longer leases every time you plan on renewing the rent did get higher understandably but it was expensive towards the end I did not mind paying the increase due to it being my decision to only rent 6 months at a time. I miss my apartment here and would definitely recommend.

The apt it’s self honestly isn’t bad actually nice nobody bothers you and nobody breaks in your car but that office staff #HORRIBLE !!!!!! The maintenance men are very kind and honestly even the lady that sits in the front of desk is very sweet and just does her job but see that lady in the back office tarnisha I assume HORRIBLE !!!! Has a foul attitude and treats her own people like trash I literally went in to figure out why they all of sudden starting charging my grandma more money in the middle of her lease (my grandma has dementia and just kept mentioning she was paying diff amounts every month) so of course I asked because I am literally her power of attorney name on everything literally she proceeds to tell me that I talk to loud for her she can’t talk to me she can only speak to my

I moved here in April 2025, my experience here have been wonderful! I moved from New Orleans and they made my move very very very easy! I feel safe here with my kids. When ever I put in an work order they make sure it gets done immediately! Very quiet and friendly neighbors and the staff on the office are amazing as well! I'm happy to call Siegen Calais out home!

My experience has been amazing at Siegen Calais Apartments. Office is very responsive. And Maintenance doesn’t take long to fix an issue. I even like that they are family friendly they try to get everyone into the holiday spirit. It’s safe to say I’m enjoying my time here.
