HORRIBLE. Do not rent from these people, I rented my apt 2 years ago and it was INFESTED with mice. The management knew about the issue and still did nothing to repair. I waited 9 months for an exterminator to even come and assess and that’s only because I had to go the legal route. They do not care about the tenants or their disgusting buildings as they are still infested with mice. All they care about is getting paid, please save yourself from these crooks and do not ever rent from them.

They turn off the heat every winter. Today is January 5th and there is barely any heat in the apartment. The building is filthy and full of roaches and bed bugs. Often the building smells like sewage. The front door of the building is always broken. You can never get anything fixed. The super comes and says he will fix things then will never return. They never answer or return your calls. The building is a disaster. There is no way anyone would give them 5 stars. I’m not even sure if they deserve 1 star.
