Sibcy Cline Anderson Office

I'm a business owner and I hate writing bad reviews, but I have to warn others about my experience. I had been a loyal Sibcy Cline client since 2019. Our real estate agent, Greg, had us sign a "buyer representation agreement" without providing a copy or disclosing the terms. We signed it out of trust and were later shocked to discover it was a one-year contract we never would have agreed to. When we tried to resolve this with Stephanie, she refused to help. This company has poor communication and bad customer service. I don't recommend them.

Just closed on my first house yesterday. Had the best realtor possible. Answered any question I had in a timely manner, really fought hard for the concessions we wanted from the seller and when the appraisal didn’t pass was able to get the seller to pay for the repairs necessary to pass appraisal to close. I highly recommend Candace for all selling and buying needs

I have nothing but praise for this office. Their work on selling my mother's house was top-notch. Very confident in them, and if I ever need to sell my own home, this is the office I will use.
