If you’re thinking of renting from these people, DONT. They’re crooked. I have only spoke to my actual landlord (Vickey) one time, and she hung up on me and told me I’ve never tried calling her because she always gets back to people, which is a lie. I’ve called her 5+ times about repairs that are needed in my rental and left voicemails and she never got back with me. I also am having serious issues with my roommate and they will not do anything or even take the time to hear my concerns, before cutting me off and hanging up on me. A very unprofessional landlord! I have never had issues with any of my past landlords my history is clean and great, these people are treating me as if I don’t matter and my living situation doesn’t matter. My husband and I rented for almost a year with them. The house was originally very cute and in a great part of Columbia (the only reason I give them 1 star). However, when we moved in we had mice and Vicky’s partner broke our blinds and said “oops! we don’t fix that!”. That was one of the MANY things they do not fix. We literally had a hole in our shower that was left open and unfixed the ENTIRE time we lived there, windows that needed to be fixed, blinds, etc. The cherry on top of it was that our house literally flooded in March 2018. We called and she sent out a guy who only brought a fan to let our hardwood floors “dry” after inches of water already seeped through them. While he was there, he informed us that this wasn’t the first time a flood has occurred there and they had NEVER fixed

Whatever you do, do not rent from her. I leased an office space, and had several problems throughout the entire experience. She lied about the leak in the ceiling, temperatures reached above 100 degrees at one point, and when my lease was over she “claims” it cost over $500 to paint an office the size of a closet. Her staff is not friendly, and she profits solely off of ripping people off. Horrible experience, and extremely shady people running this.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! You will NEVER get back your deposit. Even if everything was FINE. Also, if anything ever needs fixed. Don't expect them to come out and fix it. I needed a new door for almost and entire YEAR. They kept trying to tell me that it was just weatherstripping when the gap was 3 inches! They also lied to us at the beginning. Telling us that a washing and dryer was included and water. Come to find out it wasn't. Only way to get help from them is to show up physically at their office, which by the way, they had a new receptionist every time I was there. I can only imagine what it is like to work with these two shady ladies. This place is an ABSOLUTE DISASTER! STEER CLEAR!!!!!!!

Absolutley the WORST landlord out there. Her houses are cheap but you get what you pay for. My roommate and I lived there a year. She is invasive, rude and does not answer phone calls or anything. She came by our house several times to check up on us. She stood outside our apartment one night in the dark. When she finally knocked on the door, she proceeded to take pictures of me to "prove that she was there." She will argue with you, and when she does not get her way, she says she doesn't want to talk about it and leaves and/ or hangs up on you like she did to my roommate and I on several occasions.
