I recently reached out to Noris N Roche with a simple inquiry about a property she sold, and I was shocked by how unprofessional and rude she was. Instead of offering any help, she was dismissive, aggressive, and outright hostile. She actually hung up on me and told me not to call her! I’ve never dealt with a realtor who was so unwilling to answer basic questions. If you’re looking for someone who values professionalism and customer service, I’d strongly recommend going elsewhere.
