2026 is my 10th year with Showcase Properties. As a salon owner of 25 years, I love my rental space. The grounds are well kept. Maintenance is top tier. The staff is beyond amazing. I was blessed to have found this location. I have recommended friends and they are happy as well! I have dealt with all sorts of crazy management but not with Showcase! I’ve never had management check their property for upkeep, system checks, fire extinguishers, and have a maintenance team! They respect their tenants as well as their property which is evident in the overall cleanliness of the property and buildings. This will be my forever home until I retire! I was a tenant in one of the houses for three years and four months from Showcase Rental Property Management. The Positive sides : The online portal was a great tool to use to pay rent or late fees from the last two months of my stay. I could reach someone Professionally. Nina will keep you on Pointe.

This company is very unprofessional and dishonest. The manager refused to give my deposit back even though I had the house deep cleaned by a cleaning company and the carpets steam cleaned. The manager did not visit the property at all during the four years that I lived there. I have rented and owned several properties in the past and I have never been treated this way. The manager is very rude. I am very disappointed in this company.
